Our employees have been informed and trained on all the safety guidelines from the Health Canada, the World Health Organization and provincial health authorities for daily sanitization protocols and social distancing to minimize close contact between you and anyone in our stores by closing down our retail showrooms to all customers. However, we still service our walk-in customers to the best of our ability.
Colour Scanning Service is available by appointment ONLY. If you take a piece of the paint sample into our store, we offer computerized colour-matching technology that can assess your paint and tell you its closest matching colour.
You can now make an appointment with your local store by phone or online for colour scanning. Detailed instructions will be given over the phone.
Due to increased volumes, it may take us longer than usual to fulfill your paint order once you drop off your sample.
