The TED Group President Selected for Elite Ivey Program

Ivey and KPMG realize this and for the 16th year, they invited a select group of entrepreneurs from across Canada to participate in QuantumShift, a rigorous weeklong program designed to provide tools to help business leaders accelerate the growth of their companies.

The TED Group is pleased to announce that President and CEO Bret Greenwood is among the 2019 graduates of QuantumShift, a unique leadership development program and network sponsored by Ivey Business School in London, Ontario, KPMG Enterprise, TD Commercial Bank, and The Globe and Mail.

QuantumShift was developed for leaders of companies that are past the start-up stage and are ready to innovate. The program focuses on how to lead an enterprise through exponential growth; how to attract and retain the best employees; how to uncover obstacles that may be limiting growth; how to value a venture and use strategies for moving from business plan to financial proposition; and how to build a strong network of entrepreneurial peers to share best-practices.

With this graduating class, Bret Greenwood joins over 620 successful entrepreneurs who have completed the QuantumShift program. An established and reputable leader, Bret has a reputation for embracing the entrepreneurial spirit in everything he does. He is passionate about helping to drive innovation and change in the Canadian Automotive Refinishing Supplies industry.

Admission to QuantumShift is by invitation only. Each year KPMG Enterprise manages the nominations for candidates who represent high growth, high potential businesses. Once the nominations are complete, the applications are then reviewed and participants are selected by the Ivey Business School. The calibre of nominees is high and selection is very competitive.

Every graduate will become an Alumni of QuantumShift and will become part of an exceptional business support network. Following Ivey’s proven case-study method, participants will focus on leadership, external guidance, strategy, finance, partnerships, human resources and, through shared experiences, will build a network of peers.
