3M Canada is excited to be launching the next evolution in paint application technology – the 3M™ PPS™ Series 2.0 Spray Cup System.
3M Canada introduced the first disposable paint cup system to Canada more than 15 years ago – the 3M™ PPS™ Paint Preparation System. After consulting with hundreds of painters, 3M scientists have redesigned the system to deliver advanced performance, efficiency and cleanliness.
Now, after consulting with hundreds of painters from around the world, 3M has introduced a new spray cup design – 3M™ PPS™ Series 2.0 Spray Cup System – that eliminates the need for a separate collar, adds a quarter-turn lid locking system and incorporates new features that increases productivity and reduces downtime. The result is a painting process that flows more smoothly, prevents contamination of the paint and improves painters’ confidence in the quality of their work.
The elimination of the separate collar with the quarter-turn lid locking system improves the cleanliness of the painting process and eliminates potential sources of contamination due to equipment cleaning or maintenance. The easy assembly and refilling process improves the efficiency for high-production painters, while the wider adapter allows them to use a larger cup for consistent, efficient batch painting.
